Her company SJM Consulting Services specializes in culture certification, marketing storytelling, and operational improvement and implementation. Shannon is a mom of three young men ages 26, 23, and19. She is the wife of an Illinois farm boy turned Marine, who is currently enduring prostate cancer treatment.
